Policy Documentation
This notice explains how TechBeacon Innovations LLP processes personal data when delivering Self Audit by Social Media Check.
Social Media Check is a trading name of TechBeacon Innovations LLP. In relation to account and service administration data, we act as data controller for the personal data processed in connection with this platform.
When you use the platform, we collect data needed to authenticate your account, operate the service, and provide the read-only self-audit workspace you request.
After you grant consent, the app accesses Google user data through the following scopes and API responses. Access is limited to data required for the self-audit workflow.
We use collected data only to deliver the requested service functionality and keep the platform reliable and secure.
The platform is designed for read-only review. YouTube content and analytics data are fetched from Google APIs when requested in-session rather than copied into a long-term application database for product features.
OAuth credentials and session state are stored in secure authentication session mechanisms to maintain access continuity, and are retained only for the duration needed to operate the service and satisfy security or legal obligations.
We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to operate, secure, or comply with law.
We use access controls, encryption-in-transit, and operational monitoring to reduce unauthorized access risk. No internet-facing service can provide absolute security, but we apply proportionate safeguards.
You can stop data access at any time by disconnecting the app from your Google account permissions. Subject to applicable law, you may also have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and rights related to portability and complaints to supervisory authorities.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. Material revisions will be reflected in the published effective version.
