These Terms govern access to Self Audit by Social Media Check. They describe service scope, lawful use, and responsibilities between users and TechBeacon Innovations LLP.

By using Self Audit by Social Media Check, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policy documents. This agreement applies to the website, review workspace, connected APIs, and support channels associated with the service.

This service is provided by TechBeacon Innovations LLP, registered in England, with registered office at OPUS, The Pyramid, Palmyra Square, Warrington, WA1 1BL.

2. Service Scope

The platform is a read-only self-audit workspace for YouTube. It is designed to help users review channel baseline, video signals, playlist structure, and trend patterns for governance and quality assurance.

The service does not publish, modify, delete, or otherwise control YouTube content on your behalf.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect the Google account and YouTube channel used within the platform.

You agree to use the service lawfully and to avoid any activity that could impair service security, stability, or availability.

  • Maintain account credential security and confidentiality.
  • Use platform outputs as decision support, not sole decision authority.
  • Promptly report suspected unauthorized activity to support.

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

Displayed information is sourced from Google/YouTube APIs and related metadata. Availability and precision depend on third-party systems and API constraints.

We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable outputs, but do not guarantee absolute completeness, uninterrupted operation, or perfect timeliness of third-party data.

5. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the service to perform or facilitate misuse, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or non-public data.
  • Interfere with security controls, rate limits, or service operations.
  • Republish or exploit service materials without permission.
  • Use the platform for deceptive, infringing, or illegal actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, layout, and original documentation are owned or licensed by TechBeacon Innovations LLP. Third-party platform marks and data rights remain with their respective owners.

No reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or commercial redistribution is permitted without written consent.

7. Availability and Service Changes

Features may evolve over time for security, compliance, and product improvements. We may add, remove, or modify functionality at our discretion.

Planned maintenance or upstream outages may temporarily affect access.

8. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechBeacon Innovations LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in England. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
